Community Empowerment

COPO assists community organizations to develop relationships amongst elected officials. COPO has been instrumental in developing Iftar Muslim Committees throughout New York City (NYC). There are now committees in each borough of NYC. This has lead to the community to be empowered enough to engage with elected officials. COPO assist communities to hold rallies and press conference to address their concerns.
