Adult Empowerment

The adult-focused services at COPO are geared towards educating and empowering community members facing barriers to full fill social and economic participation in our city’s life. Originally designed to teach English to immigrants from the South Asian region, the program has expanded to meet other critical needs within the diverse ethnic community.
